In this case a copy (photocopy) of the document for payment must be sent to the Secretariat of the conference by email to contact@escc2017.com. Please also include the following items in the email: your name and your abstract reference number. (e.g. Saharidis, 5338-33). Also, please inform us in your email if you have registered an accompanying person and his/her name.
The Late Bird registration fee can be paid at the conference during the first or second day; however, only cash will be accepted.

The registration fee includes conference material (if the accompanying person is a co-author), coffee breaks, light lunches and gala dinner.
Note: An accompanying person may attend conference sessions as an observer only. Registration of one accompanying person requires one Red or White Faculty/Professional or Student-level registration by the person being accompanied. Two (or three) accompanying persons need in total two (or three) Red or White Faculty/Professional or Student-level registrations.
The registration fee can be paid at the conference during the first or second day; however, only cash will be accepted if paid at the conference.
